This panel will explore the strategic, economic, political and cultural dimensions of America’s support for Israel. Why has the US given more aid to Israel than any other country since the 1970s? The US and Israel share numerous military-industrial-surveillance technologies and other economic projects. America continues to protect and defend Israel
regardless of Israel’s condemnation by the UN, International Court of Justice, International Criminal Court, and other international agencies.

  • Benefit Concert for the People of Gaza

    Friday, May 30th @ 7:30pm

    First Unitarian Church, Portland, Oregon

    This event was SOLD OUT!

Dear Friends, From the bottom of our hearts — thank you.

Your presence, your energy, and your compassion made last Friday’s concert an unforgettable evening of solidarity, culture, and hope. Together, we raised nearly $38,000 for the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) — funding vital medical care for children in Gaza.

We are especially grateful to Seffarine and Amer Zahr for their extraordinary generosity and powerful performances. Seffarine’s stunning blend of musical traditions uplifted the soul, while Amer brought laughter, truth, and strength when we needed it most. (He even sold out of every book he brought!)

If you missed the chance to grab one, signed books by Amer Zahr are available at: amerzahr.com

We encourage you to keep the momentum going. PCRF’s work is far from done — and every contribution helps save lives. You can continue to support at:

Your support reminds us: our voices matter, our actions matter, and when we come together — we make a difference.

    With deepest gratitude,
    The JPAO Team
